Why doesn't anybody know what NetSuite needs?

On a contracts implementation I'm working on, everything on the HubSpot side is built and ready to use, and the question I couldn't get answered from the beginning is what the ERP needs: what we send over to NetSuite when a new contract is made, and when a contract changes. Those were my two big scenarios, and I said on the session, "I still don't have an answer for that… why doesn't anybody know this answer?" Maybe no one's figured this out, or, as I put it, "they have and I just…", and that's where I get really stuck sometimes. If you own the HubSpot side of a contract build and the ERP side is still a blank, this is the conversation I had with Chris about it. Where did your answer come from?
