The HubSpot side of this engagement is built: custom quote templates on their new quote modules, the contract object working, subscriptions migrated in their specific way, all ready to use. I was very much told to stay on the HubSpot side of things, and from the beginning I kept asking what the requirements are for the ERP. A new contract comes in, the contract creates an order, I send the order over to NetSuite, and I have contract effective date, override billing date and line item dates to offer. What data do they want? I'm the technical resource in this type of engagement and, in my words, "I'm not paid to be the visionary for the whole system", so I'm working through the nuance, and Chris and I talk through how to get alignment when nobody has defined the other system's side.
