Go process by process and ask the team, "what do you need it to say here? Does this name make sense to you?" If it doesn't, we're going to have a problem, if not with you, then with the new person coming in for training. And if you don't understand it, AI probably doesn't understand the word. That's such a powerful realization for me, because we know language is ambiguous, but it doesn't have to be. In the data model docs, each property has a description of what it's supposed to be doing, when it's supposed to be happening and who's supposed to be doing it, and it's been fun to watch agents work very well in that environment, putting data in spaces where humans would never be able to do it that way.
