I love building reports. I'm a very visual person, and I love seeing how I can represent the data in a different way so I can understand it better. But I also love seeing that light bulb go off for someone else. So many people don't know they're visual people. Once they see that chart, they're like, oh, that's a problem, we need to go fix that in HubSpot. That lends to something we've talked about a lot: people don't always know what they need when they're asking for something. And when leadership asks, they might be using the same words that you would use. What's the last chart that made someone on your team say, oh, we need to fix that?
