Hubsessed Office Hours — Reporting and Dashboards

Report view on index pages for quick answers

Whatever data I have in the table view, I can visualize using reporting tools for that data. Say I want to know how many customers in the U.S. we don't have a state for. If you want a quick answer, filter your list by country (hopefully you have a normalized property for that), add the state property, then add it to your report dimensions. You can see it broken down really quickly. Not set is X. These are all set. We're not creating this as a saved report, although you can jump to it from here. It's a report visualization for an arbitrary data set that you've put together using the filters. It's also an effective way to have those "are we speaking the same language" conversations with stakeholders. If you're in a meeting, share your screen and walk through it. What question would you answer from a filtered table before building a report? Replay clip from Hubsessed Office Hours: Reporting and Dashboards. Madelyn Donovan and I hosted as equals.
