In the past there have been a lot of limitations to what you can do with the board view for deals, like if you want to see a board view across all of the pipelines. I know there have been a lot of updates recently that might counteract this. So I would always have a dashboard in my back pocket for the team. It wasn't perfect. It was still a little clunky. But it did help. Sometimes a dashboard isn't super contextual to certain records, because you're doing a report on data trends. If what would be most helpful is contextual data about one company, I really love saving a card on the company record. Maybe it's when they became a customer, their last order date, time between orders, size of orders, things like that. So it depends. It's good to know your use case.
