If you're a HubSpot admin, how much of your week is spent waiting to be told what to build? I really do believe that in this world admins, more than ever, need a go and play mindset. Go and play. Go and figure it out. Go and test. Then bring it back to the team, then suggest things, then do the actual execution of the thing. Just my opinion.
