After the overwhelmingly positive reception of the Attribution Mastery Certification course, which has been taken by over 200 students since it launched last fall, I am thrilled to announce a new way to learn attribution: the new live bootcamp, Attribution Unlocked.

Learn how to build a robust attribution system from scratch. This bootcamp is designed to help HubSpot users move beyond reactive execution to become drivers of strategy by teaching them how to connect marketing activity directly to revenue, align marketing and sales teams, and make strategic, data-backed decisions using HubSpot.

Because I want to ensure you get your questions answered and enjoy individualized attention, I am limiting enrollment to avoid diminishing returns in audience engagement.

What Will You Learn?

By attending this bootcamp, you'll learn how to:

  • Choose the right attribution model(s) that align with your specific business needs and sales cycle, such as evaluating Linear, Time Decay, and U/W-shaped models.

  • Build complex, custom attribution infrastructure within HubSpot, utilizing features like custom properties, custom events for intent signals, and custom objects to mirror complex business models.

  • Use attribution data to tell the story of marketing’s impact, enabling budget defense, smarter resource allocation, and alignment with executive revenue goals by prioritizing high-velocity channels identified by the data.

At the end of the bootcamp, students will earn their Attribution Mastery certification, which includes a personalized certificate and badge that they can add to their resume or LinkedIn profile.

When Is It?

The bootcamp will span 4 consecutive weeks, taking place on Wednesdays at noon:

  • May 6 @ 12pm ET - Week 1: Attribution Foundations

  • May 13 @ 12pm ET - Week 2: Building an Attribution MVP

  • May 20 @ 12pm ET - Week 3: Advanced Modeling, Campaigns, & UTMs

  • May 27 @ 12pm ET - Week 4: Managing an Attribution Implementation

Recordings will be available after each session, so if you can’t make one, that’s okay!

The bootcamp will be co-instructed by me, Ryan Gunn (Founder of Hubsessed), and Em Wingrove (CMO at Aptitude 8). Combined, we have over 25 years of marketing leadership experience, including building attribution systems for some of HubSpot’s most prominent customers.
