I have recently started to undersell the importance of the human, and it is way more than 5%. What I mean is human expertise, human domain knowledge, process ownership, the taste. All of that is starting to come back into the conversation for me. Chris answered about the clock: "The time, which is how everybody grades this…, needs to be 5% or less of what traditionally has come to pass." So there are two numbers in the clip: his on time, mine on the human share, and they are not the same measurement. If you price or buy AI-assisted work, you get a way to separate how long it takes from what the people behind it are worth.
