Someone asks for a dashboard for their own work, and what they ask for is a report that duplicates the list of all their open leads. I can build that. As I said in Reporting and Dashboards Office Hours: "That's not really what a dashboard is for." You can't really act on those records there, and that's what the sales workspace is for. What I do instead is put links on the dashboard to the places people work, like "all my open deals linked to their filtered index page view."
