No forecast data, no forecasting dashboard

Newer HubSpot users tell me they need a forecasting dashboard. It's all their CEO wants, and they're "gonna get fired" without it. This is an area where people just don't understand where the calculation is coming from. And I'm like, literally, it does it for you. Can you just fill out the forecast? Then comes the hard part. Making forecast category required on every deal stage gets a no, and nobody can get the reps to set it. I tried. As Joshua put it with me in Reporting and Dashboards Office Hours: "I don't know what to tell you if you're like not willing to enforce it."
