If you have a team that knows exactly what they want and need, congrats, you have clear next steps. If you don't, it turns into "oh my gosh, what do we do?" and everyone saying "you tell me." My advice from Reporting and Dashboards Office Hours: go with the defaults. Go with what HubSpot tells you, even though they're not telling you to do that. "Start with the defaults because at least it's something. And then you can kind of go from there." You get something working to react to, instead of another round of waiting for someone to decide.
