When you start with the object and then ask AI for help, it's gonna say custom coded action. That is a workflow step where you write code. Start with the outcome instead. If you say, I need this outcome based on these variables, you can ask: how about an agent? Did you know this object exists? It's just all of a sudden the frame changes. I said it in Reporting and Dashboards Office Hours: can you start with the outcome in mind, rather than the object itself?
