Half the friction in a shared HubSpot dashboard is people not knowing which filter to set. They can't tell why it's "activity data" and not something else, and they don't know the properties behind it. Here's the shortcut I gave in Office Hours: 1. Set the dashboard to the filter state you want. 2. Copy the URL. 3. Put a text widget on the dashboard and paste the link in, so it works as a menu. The link presets the filters for them. For the folks I work with, that has removed a lot of that friction. It can be a nightmare to maintain if it's something like churn, or many companies or parameters. In those cases it's better if people just know how to use the filters. If you haven't tried this yet, it may help on the dashboard side.
