When people say they want to collaborate, what do they usually want? Something of value for them. Me included. You can only help people do what they want to do. You have to have a group of people who understand what the value in the collaboration is. A lot of humans, when they say they want to collaborate, it's because they want something of value for them. Yes, the collective is great, and yes, the ultimate outcome of the collective could be insane, but individuals want insane value on their side as well. By the way, me included. I'll throw myself in that bucket. That's what we're navigating. And it's increasingly easier to get AI and your AI agents and yourself to collaborate together than it is to get humans to collaborate together. You get an honest reason collaboration stalls, and a way into it: help people do what they want to do. What does each person on your team want out of the collaboration?
