How much of your team's week goes to keeping HubSpot running, and how little to deciding how it should be used? My main message was this: because it's complex at this point, we don't even get to think about, oh, maybe we should be using notes differently. Maybe our team could leverage notes to remove communication channels like WhatsApp and emails. We don't get to be strategic or get to that level of value because we're worrying about this just base level of administration.
