What if the hour you spend teaching someone a method is also the hour you build what they need from it? The day before this session I had a meeting about an AEO (answer engine optimization) strategy built on the They Ask, You Answer method. Instead of just a human to human conversation, I showed AI on the screen, and as I gave the major pieces of the method I was talking to my AI assistant. They left after an hour with four pillar pages (one anchor page per topic) and clusters of articles they could go and build, and a prompt to start the playbook in a Google doc. They also got the education in They Ask, You Answer and in how I was using AI to get where we needed to go. Some organizations are ready for this and some are not. But we built, activated, and taught all within the same hour, and that's human to human collaboration at light speed. You get a picture of one hour where a method gets taught and the work it calls for gets built. What would you hand someone at the end of an hour if AI were in the room?
