Two people who teach HubSpot disagree about best practices, on the record. Here's how it went. Chris said there is "no best practice that makes sense where you're dehumanizing the process." My bet, which is a gut feel and not a survey: ask 99 out of 100 people in an organization how it is dehumanizing humans and you'll get a deer in the headlights look. Chris came back with "I thought we want to bring them to a level that's better than where they're at, though." I'd never say that to a person, and we just did, to the world, in a video. The funny thing is that people feel it as consumers going through a process, then go to work, forget all of it, and do the same thing. How do you do it here and hate it here?
