Best practices are not black and white

A best practice sounds right and doesn't fit your company. Is the practice wrong, or are you different? Many organizations would be out of business if they tried to do the things I do, because they're not doing the things I do. They haven't built the brand. They don't have the human relationship. They have not been doing the things for the last 2, 5, 10, 12 years, by my own count, to enable them to sit in a pocket like I do. They don't have a value first content engine. They don't have a George B. Thomas on the mic. So there are best practices for this type of company and these types of humans, and there are best practices for this type of human and this type of company. It's not black and white. There is a gray margin between all of these things that we teach and talk about. You get permission to ask which best practice is yours.
