Build for the humans, and for the agents. George B. Thomas says part of an admin's job is to think about the entire website experience. He started an agent-first layer on his own site: how can an agent book a meeting, or buy a course or workshop? He says he began building an MCP, an llm.txt file and markdown files that get rewritten whenever a page is updated, so they stay current. George says he's all about the humans, and he still builds content and a great experience for them. But the human is behind the agent, so he adds an agent-first layer too.
