What do you do when your data shows one rep is doing something nobody else is? I've had a ton of success with this. One organization had a rep so good at one product that "he can't sell anything else, but that product, he nails it." We gave him all of those and gave everyone else the other ones. It worked out really well. In other cases it's a coaching opportunity: one person doing something a little different that's completely transferable, because they're the only one who has seen it.
