Most recently, they joined FirstTouch as Head of Revenue Operations. Previously, Ryan led Marketing at Aptitude 8, an Elite HubSpot Partner, where they helped scale revenue from $3 million to over $10m in under 2 years. Ryan lives in Richmond, VA with their partner Erin, and two dogs, Giles and Willow.
